Relais Metronia is our guest house: five double rooms, each with private bathroom, air conditioning and a smart TV. It's the answer for anyone who wants the simplicity of a room that's ready — linen and towels included, nothing to manage — while staying somewhere on a human scale.

It also works well for groups: book several rooms together and everyone stays under one roof, with an independence a shared apartment can't offer.

The location

We're in San Giovanni, between the Aurelian Walls and the Caffarella park: a genuine residential district, with the prices and the calm the centre doesn't have, but superbly connected.

San Giovanni metro is about a kilometre away, Ponte Lungo a kilometre and a half. The Colosseum and the Palatine Hill are close, the Domus Aurea is 1.7 km away and Porta Maggiore 2.4 km. Ciampino airport is 12 km.
