What we collect

We only collect the data you give us voluntarily through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), dates of stay (optional) and the content of your message. This site uses no profiling cookies and no advertising trackers.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and, if it leads to a booking, to manage the reservation and the stay. The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request and, for correspondence, our legitimate interest in replying.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months. Data relating to bookings actually made is kept for the period required by tax and public-security obligations.

Who we share it with

Data may be processed by our hosting provider and by the Kross Booking property management system, acting as data processors. For guests who stay with us, identification data is reported to the public security authorities as required by law.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to info@metaromastays.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
